Terms of Service

Last updated 3 September 2026

Upload a photo you have the right to use, of someone who agreed to it. What you make is yours. Credits are bought up front and are not transferable. That is most of it; the rest is below.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Style Morph (“we”, “us”). Using Style Morph means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What the service does

You upload a portrait. We propose three style directions, find reference photographs for each, generate a restyled look per direction, and morph them into a vertical video you can download or send to your TikTok drafts. Every look is produced by third-party AI models.

The photo you upload

This is the part that matters most, so it is the part to read.

  • You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload.
  • Upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has knowingly agreed to being restyled by an AI tool and to the resulting images being made. A photo of a stranger, a public figure, or anyone who has not agreed is not permitted.
  • Do not upload photos of minors.
  • Do not use Style Morph to impersonate anyone, to fabricate something a real person appears to have done, or to make sexual, harassing, hateful or otherwise unlawful material.

You keep all rights in what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on it — to transmit it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy and return the result to you. That permission ends when the run does. We do not use your photo to train models and we claim no ownership of it.

What you get, and what it is worth

The output is yours. Post it, print it, sell it — we make no claim on it.

Two honest caveats. AI output is unpredictable: a look may be unflattering, may not resemble you, or may simply fail, and getting a result you dislike is not a fault in the service. And copyright in AI-generated images is unsettled in many countries, so we cannot promise you own the output the way you own a photograph you took.

Free runs and credits

  • A limited number of complete makeovers is given away each day, shared across everyone. When they are gone they return the next day. Free runs produce one look rather than three, and render smaller.
  • Beyond that, credits are bought in advance. One credit is one look; a complete makeover is three.
  • Credits are held against your account, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Credits are spent only for looks actually delivered. If a run fails part way, the undelivered part is returned to your balance automatically.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us.

Because credits are consumed immediately on use, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, credits did not arrive, a run failed and was not refunded — write to [email protected] and we will put it right. Nothing here removes a refund right the law in your country gives you.

Posting to TikTok

Connecting TikTok is optional. If you connect it, we send videos you explicitly ask us to send to your TikTok drafts. We do not have permission to publish to your profile, and we do not post anything on your behalf — you complete every post yourself inside TikTok.

What you post to TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and community guidelines, and is between you and them. You can disconnect at any time from the results screen, or revoke access inside TikTok.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — particularly the rules about whose photo you may upload. Where an account is closed for something other than misuse, we will refund unused credits.

Availability and liability

Style Morph is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that any particular result will be produced, or that the third-party models it depends on will stay available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes are heard by its courts.
